HTV Silicone Rubber for Composite Hollow Core Insulators

Main application scenarios
Composite hollow insulators made of HTV silicone rubber are mainly used in high-voltage and ultra-high-voltage power equipment and transmission lines
1. Gas insulated switchgear (GIS)
As an insulating sleeve for GIS equipment, it is used to isolate cavities of different voltage levels while sealing the internal SF₆ insulating gas (SF₆ has excellent insulation and arc extinguishing properties), ensuring stable operation of the equipment at high voltages.
2. Transformer and reactor outlet casing
Connect the internal winding of the transformer and reactor with the external transmission line, assume the isolation role of insulation and conductive pathway, and adapt to the high temperature and high voltage environment when the equipment is running                                                                                                                                3.High-voltage circuit breakers, disconnect switches                                                    As an insulating support for the operating mechanism and conductive parts, it is necessary to withstand mechanical stress and arc impact during switching action, and the elasticity and aging resistance of HTV silicone rubber ensure its long-term reliability.
4. UHV transmission line terminals
In the terminal equipment of UHV (±800kV and above) DC or AC transmission lines, it is used to realize the insulated connection between the line and the substation equipment to adapt to extreme climates (such as high altitude, coastal salt spray, extreme cold).
